Once work has started, payments for custom itineraries are non-refundable.If you need changes to your itinerary, reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service purchased. Major changes, new destinations, or changes caused by updated travel dates may require an additional fee.Local Host DaysLocal host days are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.A deposit may be required to reserve the date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled local host day may be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit, minus payment processing fees.Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled local host day are non-refundable.Weather, Closures, Strikes, or Unexpected EventsWeather, transportation delays, strikes, closures, traffic, illness, or other unexpected events may affect the planned experience. When possible, I will help adjust the plan or reschedule, but refunds are not guaranteed for circumstances outside my control.Third-Party CostsClients are responsible for booking and paying directly for their own transportation, accommodations, meals, tickets, activities, fuel, tolls, parking, and any other third-party costs.Italy with G is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, delays, or issues related to third-party providers.Payment Processing FeesAny payment processing fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers may be deducted from refunds when applicable.By booking a service with Italy with G, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
